Ways to keep fit during the Christmas break
When we think of our social occasions over Christmas we think of long lunches and late night parties. This might be true for some of the time – but we can also use our down time over Christmas to catch up with friends, head outdoors into the vitamin D filled sunshine and get a great workout at the same time.
Last week we began looking at Christmas and how we can maintain our health and fitness goals while still having a great time over the holiday season. We discussed how to keep on track with our nutrition and exercise throughout December and into January.
This week I would like to continue the theme of holidays and explore how we can incorporate and increase our activity.
